On successful completion of this course the trainees can join as Marine 5th Engineer.After 6 months sea service & passing MEO class IV exam promoted as 4th engineer and then 3rd engineer.After 12 months sea service & passing MEO class II exam & sea service promoted as 2nd engineer. With further sea service & passing MEO class 1 exam eligible to be promoted as Chief engineer.

Per-Sea Training Course : B.TECH MARINE ENGINEERING
Course Duration: 4 Years
Education Qualification: (10+2) Pass with 60% in PCM & 50% in English (either in 10th / 12th STD)
Age: Below 25 years
Physical Standards: Application must possess good health as per latest M.S. Rule
Eyesight: + 2.5,Without color blindness

After successful completion of B.E. courses, the course certificated will be issued by Academy approved by DGS govt. of India. In addition to that candidate will obtain Continuous Discharge Certificate (Indian CDC).from the directorate general of shipping govt of India as per CDC rule.
